You know... I think a lot of people think of it as Tool simply because it's Maynard. In my opinion, Tool is that wonderful mixture of Maynard, Justin, Adam, and Danny. With only Maynard... well... I just don't think it's the same at all.

fork out? man, 15 bucks to register the cover, then pay royalties which are like 2 cents a sale not totally shure could be 1 cent or 3, but seeing as it was a Kiss tribute, the sales on this would mostly be going to Kiss, therefore, there may have been a no royalty charge, and Im sure Mr Simmons paid the 15 bucks-they chose who was going to be on the disc...but it is a fantastic cover and did the song justice, would have been cool to hear an album by Shandi's Addiction

This is not Tool, only the singer MJ Keenan, guitarist is Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine), bassist is Billy Gould (Faith No More) and drummer is Brad Wilk (RATM)

The band is called Shandi's Addiction and was cereated to record this song in the official covers album "Kiss My Ass" (1994)
