That's scary stuff stalling a plane in the air, my god. You got a lot of balls, lol. I think if i'm pilot I'd just as soon have her running. Have you ever had the situation where you had to emergency land the aircraft, even in someone else's property?
I am not telling you what to do. just a sug..if you had a bracket for your camer in the plane somewhere where it can film everything..maybe above your head or around there...just a thought.....fly safe and keep the videos comming, looking for spring.
@photosbychristensen Stalls..and spins .. are a part of flight training. A stall is just slowing the plane down to a point where it will NOT fly...and begins to fall.. To recover just put the nose down and give power... it will come out of it ..When landint htat is what you do..stall the plane... litteraly.. Spins are different. As long as it is NOT a flat spin recovery is relativly easy. All a part of flight training. Recognize and know how to recover.practice practice practice.
i figured out where i got that about your plane having a snow mobile motor in it instead of the rotax , it was one of dave's videos. he said something about it being a snowmobile motor. i was thinking rotax when you pulled in but i really know little about these things i just know they use the smaller rotax on some of the ultra lites
anybody would try to stall a 747 ? :D

Not really anything dangerous just as long as you have enough altitude to recover and the nose drops youll be fine.

damn that stall is too gentle, I loved doing hammered head stalls and staring at the earth from a thousand feet vertical decent !!
Miss the days when I could do that and some aero's !!!

@photosbychristensen Its actually really safe, because the olane naturally wants to correct itself.
DerpDetonator 8 months ago
@photosbychristensen why? it is a must for any pilot - know what does stall feel like and how to avoid it...or at least correct it!
