That's not glow in the dark ice, that's neon colored ice, if you were to actually turn off the light, you would see nothing. Note that while holding a black light up to it in the dark will make it glow, that's not glow in the dark, thats merely glowing under uv lights. Alot of stuff out there even most clothes glow under UV lights, but note how the stuff doesn't glow when its actually dark.
