after watching this vid a couple of times, i reckon nick curran is as good as kirk if not better in his approach to his solo in this particular song. it seems to have more direction for me. still they are both awesome though and both solos are amazing, but my hats off to nick on this one...great!!
this lineup was a real killer!!!!! nothin will replace the originals but what a bunch of players! great blues players, maybe some of the best in this time!
yeah kirk is always on fire, when i saw em at bb kings place in new york, it was one of the best gigs ever! kirk has a great way of soloing, is quite unnique in that he switches between the major and minor pentatonics, ok its not that unique cus heprobably got it from B.B. King, nevertheless, he is awesome player to watch and to learn from...
OK , Kirk Fletcher! Found it in the next video! Btw i was talking about the first solo. The second is more Vaughaned. Somebody knows what guitar the both use? Thanx
Kirk Fletcher is on MySpace. I've written to him personally and he always replies back fast.
He's a real modest, polite, friendly guy. Thank you 'kevyp' for this unbeatable film.

That light touch is so rare to find in a modern blues player. Love it.

Hi, Kirck's guitar is a Suhr, very good guitars, and Nick Curran's one is a very cheap SX. Oh! great video, ha, ha.

I think Kirk was a student of Junior Watson's at one time.
