  • The problem is that the audio starts right after the lawyer standing (Steve Mostyn) has confronted Joe Nixon (lawyer sitting down) about the fact that Nixon illegally called his client asking for the job after he saw the news story. That is BIG TIME ILLEGAL for an attorney to do. Its called Barratry. The best part is that Nixon is a former state representative (and famous for helping big insurance) Mostyn was calling him out for being the big biz equivalent of an ambulance chaser!
