I think you can't mark it as the best, but you can say that It's one of the handfull of old shows that people can be respected for if they like it. You know it's quality. And tastes in good quality can change. It's just the fact that they don't make as much quality shows anymore. There are still quality shows being made, but it's hidden behind all the bullshit of popular media, which some find good (different taste) but you won't get respect for that. Cause it's actually shit.
