I'm not British but i personally the British people are really cool! A lot of amazing people come from Britain... As for you question, I would love to have a British accent, Gloucester accent in particular, or an Irish accent as I think that would be cool to(:
@TheAlxxHydeShow Not at all no, I usually have my hair like this unless I'm planning on going out anywhere. Then I usually style it with wax and spray. =]
I'm hoping by saying I remind you of David Bowie that it was compliment though! >.<
@purplebookfairy I know what you mean about thick accents. My accent is quite broad compared to a lot of my friend's accents. So when we are together, mine kind of stand out of the crowd! But it's a good thing I think - your accents defines you as a character.
And scones are delicious! Scones with a nice big mug of coffee! So British! :P
OK, just to make it clear: I have lived in the UK, I've spent quite a lit of time in the UK, but what exactly IS crumpets? I can't remember ever seeing anyone eating it! Not that I'm aware of.
I can totally see where you are coming from. I meet a lot of the same (well, not the exact same things, but you know...) being a Scandinavian.
I have just gone from Norwich to Glasgow, and have to adjust to listening to a totally new accent. Tee hee. ;) (Not so much as just being dead tired).
Crumpets are a type of savoury griddle cake made of flour and yeast, usually eaten with butter. I suppose they're quite similar in a way to pancakes.
I didn't know you was Scandinavian - that's so cool. ^^
Adjusting to a new accent is really difficult, but I think it can be fun in a way to see the transition from how you used to pronounce words one way to then a totally different way over time.
@MusicJunkie777 Hm... Still not 100% sure what crumpets are. Not sure if I've ever seen it. Doesn't sound so bad, though. I love scones, had cheese scones the other day. Yum!
I think that last night it was more of the me being tired part. None of my friends here in Glasgow have that very strong Glaswegian accent. I once did five weeks of work placement in a Library in Hawick (Scottish Boarders), and the caretaker was from Glasgow, with a thick accent. Took me a couple of weeks to understand. ;)
Oh I see, as for my stereotypes for the british, I thought they were all proper and well educated. Not to be offensive but those was my thoughts until recently. I did not know you gys had different accents like Americans do, so that was a fun thing to learn. As for your question, I think it would be fun to have an african (nigerian) accent, thier language is so beautiful and when they speak english with thier accent it fills me with awe.
@TheLadyKaylah The different regions in the United Kingdom usually sprout different accent. For example: people say where I live, a city called Manchester, they say we have a Mancunian accent. People from London have a cockney accent. You wasn't being offensive at all - I'm glad you've learned something from it. =) I don't explain myself well in my videos - guess I'm still a little nervous. The African accent is indeed beautiful - I love the Jamaican accent too - it sounds so tropical to hear =]
It's all stereotypical. Such as... British people drink tea and eat crumpets, Americans are overweight, French people eat frogs and Germans eat sausages. Whereas, none of this is true. Stereotypes will always exist, I would just like to know where they all came from :)
@MusicJunkie777 You should defiantly do a video on stereotypes, and try and find out where they all came from. It would certainly back up with many things you said in this video. Good Luck :D

@LaceUpYourShoes I've inboxed you with an apology - I feel I should!
I consider the fact that I've informed you - results in it being a learning curve for me. =]

@adamobadmo I totally agree with everything you said, the history of all these stereotypical clichés must go back many many years.
I just wish I'd included some of the examples you made in the video - still learning I guess! >.<
Future video maybe? =]

@adamobadmo It's food for thought definitely.
Something I can administer some research into.
Discovering when and who came up with certain 'brandings'.
Thanks for the advice and inspiration! I really appreciate it! ;D

You should do more vlogs on random topics like this. =]
You already know that I'd easily have a British accent over anything. ;]

@Dylansmadness Thanks. =]
Maybe I will start random topics. I only messed up once on this video, compared to my last one where I messed up numerous times! >.<
