I had issues with back pain and sciatica for a year a couple years back and seriously the cure was exercise, stretching, chiropractor, ibuprofen, and ice ice baby. lol You just have to make sure you listen to your body and don't over do it. Back injuries don't heal over night they require time and care. In the process of getting my back better I re-injured it 3 times because it was already weak and I would fall on ice or something stupid. I hope you get better quicker than I did but be careful.
Eat more fruit, dude. Cut out the salt, oil, nuts and seeds for now until you heal. All my pain went away when I went on a mostly fruit raw diet and it hasn't been back since.
i sprained my ankle this monday and it totally SUCKS not being able to get around and exercise! just doing a lot of sitting around but still eating healthy, and this makes me more grateful that im healthy and will be able to walk in a week :-) getting accupuncture tomorrow as well- hope it goes well! Acupuncture normally works with minor to moderate back problems and will only mask the pain for a short wile on more serious problems. If the pain continues you should consult a Doctor.

Dude, don't push yourself too hard, I tore some knee cartilage a couple of years back when I went over board with trying to get fit. Haven't fully recovered. I'm pretty out of shape now, but ever since I started watching your vids, I've started to try and get over. It hurts whenever I try to run. But I'm at least walking every day now, along with other light cardio exercises. I'm keeping in there. This time I'm in it to win it, whatever IT may be. Thanks for being so awesome and inspirational!

You need to do some stretching. X Stretch (I know you're familiar with that) is fine, plus you stretch the rest of your body aswell.
It will hurt like HELL, but sleep on it, and from the moment you wake up it should be getting better and better.
