man i was tryin to sight my bow in at 35 yard the other day and i completely missed the target and shot thru the fucking mesh screen into the barn thats behind the taget and i cant find it .. and yes freakin arrows are expensivei bought my easton carbon arrows at the local huntign store for $30 dollars for 6 of them

sounds as if you seriously need to work on your pin set up. and start a closer range wer you know you'll hit then work your self up to 35 yds and beyond. in typical hunting situations you wont be shooting farther than 35. some instances 45 tops but thats if your confident with your gear. dont force a shot you dont have. you much rather let one go than take out a leg and wound it.

They are target archers not hunters and they use a scope sight not a pin sight also they shoot up to 90m for some tourneys

Ive never seen Brendan miss the target or even break his arrows. But arrows are horribly expensive. Worst thing Ive ever seen happen at practice is the fletchings coming off the arrows. Weird sound.

wow i shoot with a mathews blackmax2 at 40yard and hit the bullseye everytime but anythinghigher just scares me that i might loose me mucho expensive arrows!
