this is how a river rapid ride SHOULD be, lots of white water, lots of turns, lots of waterfalls, lots of waterjets and lots of fun. other theme parks should look up to this

you get SOAKED!! we went during the summer when it was busy but for some reason when we went to the ride there was no line! then when we got on the line got longer

i went there last week! there was surprisingly no line when i went on that ride. but when we just got on the line got bigger lol. Everyone gets soaking wet on this ride. its like the best rapids ride ever though. haha

You will get soaked from Head to Toe on this ride! There is no getting luiky on choosing a seat and possibly not getting wet, everyone was soaked after this.

Awesome ride, though I can't help but think that the pre-ride warning "You will get wet, possibly soaked" was incorrect.

"You will get soaked, possibly drenched" would've been more accurate.

@nashokev It's always best to get permission to film on rides or you run the risk of getting kicked out or banned from the park if you don't.

this looks like a cool ride and i love rapid river rides but this ride seems like it douses you with water for no reason at points but i am going in about a month so i might go on this ride

i think every ride should be themed. at least a little. i'm not saying that every single ride is supposed to tell a story like this one, but a little wood here, some rocks there and whatnot makes every ride a hell of a lot more interesting and appealing.

My Dad and I love this ride! In about 2 weeks I'm going there with the fam and this will defiantly be one of the first rides we get on! Woot Woot! I love Disney/Universal/Islands so much! It is truly the funnest place on earth!

I love this ride. I went to IOA during Christmas of 2008. Weather was beautiful and there were no lines. Hell, I didn't even have to get out of the raft. I went about 4 times in a row with NOBODY in line.

when they said you get wet I didnt relize it. LOL... my camera was wet from jurassic park then got soaked with this ride. It only reads files now the lense still has water in it. I went back home to California and are trying to fix it but I dont know if I can the lense is a zeiss and might need fixing from another place. It cost me 2k when new 2 years ago. Florida was fun though :) glad you got this on camera!
