How can I make my 300D faster? I got an 1985 but it's way too slow men... Im running full bost on my stock turbo but like from 0 miles to 5 miles is way too slow... Is there any way to tweek the diesel pump or something?
Are you sure Turbo617? every time i drove at dragrace i maxxed out the hx40 on my engine( had 3.2bar boost pressure). because of the header i 2.7bar of boost when shifting from first to second. rest of the gears i had full pressure by just giving throttle.
Yow dude, was the stock engine one without turbo? Or else it had to be an 300dt. If it isn't what about the oil jets below the piston, and compression rate?
how soon does the turbo spool uo and give boost to engine & at what rpm'S doe sit give boost ?

I am particularly interested to know, if you put the oil squirter under the pistons to cool them down and changed connecting rods and did you changed the pistons to US-CANADA w123 turbo model specs or is it of natural aspirated engine..

That thing is a joke. An HX40 is far more than your engine can use or ever need. Hell, an HX35 is bigger than your engine could ever use!
