I admire your sense of humor, but you need to learn a little something about your bands. Trivium started after Bullet, for one, but back when they started, they were a horrible rap rock band. Then they started growing some balls and became an actual metal band. As for Trivium, they aren't as horrible as you put them out, they put on a better show than most do...I mean, hell, they opened for In Flames recently and did better than In Flames does live.
I'm aware a few members of BFMV used to be in a Nu-Metal band called "Jeff Killed John" So as far as I'm concerned, It's 2 different bands, the latter of which didn't form untill 2002.
Even if that WASN'T the case, you said it yourself they didn't start playing more "metal" music untill 2002ish, which means my original "bandwagon hopping Trivium/KSE ripoffs" statement is still valid.

you are really stupid if you think they copy trivium. when trivium began they were being glorified for bringing back those elements everyone loved in thrash metal and eventually it morphed to metalcore. you can say bfmvs in the same genre but they have an obviously different style. like say anthrax to slayer. same genre but obviously not the same sound. i personally orefer bfmv much more although old trivium is very good.

You see madam, Trivium "thrash" as hard as a dead goldfish. Thrash didn't die out at all....sure it probably SEEMED that way to the casual fans who were so busy Ripping off Helmet Riffs and wearing baggy trousers from 1996 - 2003, but rest assured, it didn't.
All Trivium did was lazily repackage old Swedish Melodeath riffs, throw in some wishy washy emo choruses....and idiots worldwide mistook it for originality.

You know what's funny, If people thought this band was gay, they wouldn't be as successful as they are today. I'm not into bands like Bullet For My Valentine, I'm more of Breaking Benjamin, Staind, Sick Puppies etc... But I thought they were gay at first but I heard songs like Bittersweet Memories and bought all 3 of their albums. They actually are a good band.

I've watched a few of these done by this guy and he's ripped on bands like AILD, KSE, Trivium, Slipknot, and obvious B4MV.
