Sure, the radio exploded when the reporter described the impact of the "ultra bikini"; newspapers couldn't publish pictures of Gina wearing it because every time someone TRIED, the newsprint caught fire...and IF ithat bikini had been allowed to be shown on TV (certainly not in those "prudish days"), every TV set showing that image would have melted. I believe the government even wanted to use that bikini as a "secret weapon", but designer Cleavo DeGore wanted a "piece of the action"...;)
