You know what I like about your video, you are very calm and logical and you present your case in a very understandable, logical way. I currently have a sassy secret wig on. I don't think it sheds too too much, but I feel like maybe the straight styles like what I'm wearing shed a little less then the curly styles. I wish I could find a company that I knew had the best wig for a reasonable price.
the only wig i ve bought with sassy was the mia and oh my god it was so diferent than the real mia picture on their website i was so pissed i sent it back to them and hun they sent me the same because there was not much difference than the first one the hair was tangled all the time and looks like fine synthetic hair nothing to compare to real remy or whatever human hair even another client on youtube who had the same wig was shocked because she had the real one i was so pissed

I agree! i ordered from Sassy Secret as well. Honestly the wig was very beautiful for the first 2 weeks !! I know how to manage wigs and hair extensions very well, but with this wig it was horrible!! After 2 weeks I tried everything to bring my wig back to life and it just wasn't working for me! I paid $359.00 for my lace front (TAYLOR) which was a waste of money!

@Sweetpotatertot Yeah wigs shed and tangle eventually, but crappy defective wigs tangle in 2 days. And if you read my video description I wrote "So far I am satisfied with the replacement (Sabrena)" I wasn't really complaining just making comments about that specific wig. Thanks for the comment.

@BeautyFetish i happen to be a two time "paying customer" too & i have had nothing but a great customer service from sassysecrets. We all have different experiences with different companies, there is no company out there that has 100% satisfied customers. I suffer from alopecia so i have been wearing lace wigs for over 9 years long before many of you even knew about them. I have about 35 wigs i have aquired during this time & i can tell you that some shedding/tangling is to be expected!!

I hate to make this the AsianBarbie Show--but I bought a couple of items from Sassy--Synthetic wigs because I get my HH units directly from a CV. Sassy has a good product, packaging is nice, my units hold up, yada, yada, yada. BUT we all know unless the wig is made by machine and not always, that no TWO Wigs are exactly ALIKE. AsianBarbie, you've seen pics of lace wigs posted all over the net, the same pictures are used over and over. Lizzie does a good job reporting HER experience. Kudos Lizzy.

When a company provides a product or service it is essential that they have the customer service to back it up. I'm still failing to understand why you made a video regarding a lace wig which Sassy Secrets had exchanged for you. Also No lace wig in this world lasts for 2 years..normally 6 to 12 month dependant on the frequency of wear. I'm sure SS are not really that bothered that they are losing you as a customer!!! I agree with you that these companies have very bad customer service. LHB is another one that takes customer's for granted and I think it's because they feel like they get so much business from Youtube that they don't have anything to worry about. I was going to buy the Sabrena* 18" Full lace wig but since this company treated you so rude I'm looking into another company! I first bought a synthetic for $189, it lasted only 2 weeks. Then I ordered Sebrina for a client and it is a hot mess. After only a month it was tangling. I had order Trinity from Sassy Tress at the same time and although it doesnt tangle, it seems like it could be thicker. I paid $500 for Trinity and it was not worth it, very straggly on the ends and I had to cut it to look neat. I am not very happy with Sassy. When I contacted them, they told me that no one else complained. I felt bad.

Vixen jacked up after the first wear and sabrena was not as full as the picture. I just decided never again. After watching april's videos, now I have learned to put synthetic lace fronts perfectly and get twice the looks. Ha! Sassy secret is out in the open. They dont get my business anymore either. Their synthetic lace prices are ridiculous also.
I think it was good of you to speak out. I have heard from many divas on here you have had issues with sassy secret. I had bought vixen and sabrena. Sabrena I sold for $300 and vixen is a hot mess. I really dont think it is full human either. I tried to straighten sabrena and the black started to smear on the straightener!

Hi V, Do not take down any video! U're just informing before making any decision 2 think! Which is nice of U. I should have done the same. Even though I sent them back the wig (vixen or vivian) and lost half the price of it + shipping. No refund, only a code of the value valid on their website! Had 2 take something else with extra money. Wig + virgin hair extensions with egg lice in it! No words! Did not have any courage 2 complain this time. But their C service isn't that bad. But never again!

1) Is your Sabrena a 1B color? I ask because Aprils' looked way to "light" for me (like a #2)
2) While "airy" as you said (I was shocked!) it does look more natural on you. Do you still wish it was a 150%?
3) Is the "medium cap" roomy? I have a big ol' head, and customizing adds $100!
1. Yes. It is a 1B. But im pretty sure when i wash it for the 1st time the color will fade.

3. At. first it was a little bit tight, but after putting it on a couple of times it stretched to fit. but if you feel that your head is big go for the bigger size.

girl im in the same situation they said bring the wig in and we will fix it, i told them how can u restore it..? i want another wig or i want the fucking wig in the picture cause they put some georgeous pictures there but what u get its totally crap. i paid 299 and i saved alot for it and it sucks that they do this

im sure not everyone had bad experiences with sassy but i still thank you for posting this video. i think its important for people to know the bad as well as the good. these wigs coast a lot of freaking money!
But as for what (stefmumo8) had to say about sassy.. (EGG LICE!). UMM, hearing that is whats really stopping me from purchasing anything from sassy.. i was going to buy one but the bug thing stopped me ;-?

I first bought a synthetic for $189, it lasted only 2 weeks. Then I ordered Sebrina for a client and it is a hot mess. After only a month it was tangling. I had order Trinity from Sassy Tress at the same time and although it doesnt tangle, it seems like it could be thicker. I paid $500 for Trinity and it was not worth it, very straggly on the ends and I had to cut it to look neat. I am not very happy with Sassy. When I contacted them, they told me that no one else complained. I felt bad.

i am glad u made this video. its upsetting that in this time and age,companies dont take their customers seriously. i was really looking into them for a wig purchase, but im skeptical now. im glad u were honest and made these videos. thank u..and keep them on here. u have freedom of speech..and if they dont like it then maybe they should work on their customer service

Vixen jacked up after the first wear and sabrena was not as full as the picture. I just decided never again. After watching april's videos, now I have learned to put synthetic lace fronts perfectly and get twice the looks. Ha! Sassy secret is out in the open. They dont get my business anymore either. Their synthetic lace prices are ridiculous also.

I think it was good of you to speak out. I have heard from many divas on here you have had issues with sassy secret. I had bought vixen and sabrena. Sabrena I sold for $300 and vixen is a hot mess. I really dont think it is full human either. I tried to straighten sabrena and the black started to smear on the straightener!

I'm so glad you spoke up. More people should speak out against injustices. I get so tired of Youtube at times. You have these people secretly pushing products for companies...acting like the company's product is the best thing since sliced bread. I take all reviews with a grain of salt. Unfortunately, it's hard to tell what people's motives are on Youtube. It's so sad. But, I'm glad you chose to be honest and speak your mind. THANK YOU!

Hi V, Do not take down any video! U're just informing before making any decision 2 think! Which is nice of U. I should have done the same. Even though I sent them back the wig (vixen or vivian) and lost half the price of it + shipping. No refund, only a code of the value valid on their website! Had 2 take something else with extra money. Wig + virgin hair extensions with egg lice in it! No words! Did not have any courage 2 complain this time. But their C service isn't that bad. But never again!

dnt blame u keep your videos up thats why i dnt order frm american venders no more too pricy and sometimes the quality is not great. the sabrena is a nice wig but my friend bought it for sum reason its very dry and i deff dnt like da partin look so fake but the hair line is nice

I'm glad you did this video. I feel that when it comes to internet purchases its a gamble. Some people may have good experiences some may not. I'm happy you got some satisfaction from Sassy Secrets.
And when a company falls short on their promises you need to put them out there. I dont know why somebody would come at you wrong, your just doing whats right.

Questions:
1) Is your Sabrena a 1B color? I ask because Aprils' looked way to "light" for me (like a #2)
2) While "airy" as you said (I was shocked!) it does look more natural on you. Do you still wish it was a 150%?
3) Is the "medium cap" roomy? I have a big ol' head, and customizing adds $100!

1. Yes. It is a 1B. But im pretty sure when i wash it for the 1st time the color will fade.
2. Yes i still wish it was a 150.
3. At. first it was a little bit tight, but after putting it on a couple of times it stretched to fit. but if you feel that your head is big go for the bigger size.
