I'm considering septorhinoplasty to improve my airways after my nose way broken when I was assaulted some years ago. I discussed it with the surgeon at the time, but they made the operation sound quite intrusive and scary. My nose was simply 'reset', however, could I be considered for this operation still? My right air-passage is somewhat bothered and sometimes sleep is affected as well as breathing whilst singing.
