These guys are carrying on the rock and roll spirit. AC/DC is one of my absolute favorite bands and Airbourne is really taking off to become one of them too. They are the best recent hard rock bands around. They took the AC/DC concept and updated and energized it, left out some blues things and added some "metal" characters to it. Airbourne is like an AC/DC update, okay the guys dont need an update ... i mean Angus is a living Legend and so is Mal, Brian and Phil. But Airbourne is going to make young people in my age listening to them and looking out for more and they will find all the great classic / hardrock bands. they keep rock n roll alive.

It makes sense that they need a separate singer for AC/DC covers, because AC/DC songs aren't written so you can easily sing while playing the verse on guitar (like Airbourne songs).
