  • Its still cooking it just a slow way to do it.

  • It isn't cooking because it does not apply high heat to food. The idea of raw is to keep the food at under - I think it's 118 degrees F to keep the food enzymes from being destroyed.

  • I use thick greaseproof paper for my dehydrator trays. Looks good!

  • Those tostados do look great!  I'll definately check back in for your weigh in.
