I like Negi and the series. Speaking of Pani Poni Dash, Rebecca Miyamoto aka Becky also a child teacher who teaches the students. So far I seen two child geniuses. I've made AMV that figures Negi and Becky and their classes. She's a genius all right. But Negi's a genius too.Okay I made a AMV of both of them to determine which one of them is the better child proidgy.

as i said earlier the first and second seasons are more like the first and second series and the second is far better in story telling and yes the reason i am saying this is because the ending of the first "series" left a bad taste in my mouth aswell, any way watch the first ep. you might enjoy it if not, well it is not for every body.

The Original Ken Akamatsu Manga "Mahou Sensei Negima" Is THE SHIT~! It's better than all the re-make animes and mangas put together~! The Manga (STILL ON GOING) Can get just as if not more Epic than Naruto and Bleach. The original Manga is WAY UNDER RATED~!! if anyone actually reads it they know~ RAKAN FTW~!!

@drifter402 I've seen all them, and they don't follow the manga "Perfectly" but they follow it well enough, the OVAs still skipped over ALOT of scenes I wanted to see in anime form, like the Gladiator battles with Negi and Kotaro, (SKIPPED! <.<; ) some of the side stories and stuff, ect ect, but like I said, they followed the manga enough, I happy for the parts they did animate!

Thank you Gabriall91, The first person i've actualy met with some sense about the Mahou Sensei Negima Serie's! . Yes, Negima!? Is an Alternate Retelling. And this really makes me mad! I bought Part 1 and 2 already - AND NOW WE HEAR ABOUT A COMPLETE BOXSET!?!?!?!!? Guess i should've expected it though -.- But i just couldn't wait, and now i want this!!! T.T I want all the Episode's in just one boxset! Wha! T_T I guess it dont matter - i already have them all ^_^

The second season of negima is based on a different manga series based on the original with plot differences called Negima Neo.

For all of you that are confused, Negima!? season 2 is accually season 1. It is based on the same characters and place as in Negima!! Note the title difference between !! and !? The difference is that the first Season is based on the original manga with a diviation at the end to give it an ending because as of now Mahou Sensi Negima still is unfinshed which is the original manga title.

well its directed by the same person who directed pani poni dash he directed this show and 4 of its OVAs so I have to say yeah.

I must say that the animation looks kind of similar to Pani Poni Dash. I like Negi a lot. Rebecca Miyaymoto could be Negi's friendly academic rival due to his kindness.

Also, gotta say the dubbing on this was just AMAZING xD I only watch this show in dub, I just love Negi, Asuna, the british accents, and the show itself is just WEIRD!... :D
