The bootloader is called Harret. It's a free tool.

Very interesting, is this the msm andorid kernel? Would you mind joining #htc-linux on freenode and share your information with us? Please talk to cr2, dcordes, dzo, Kevin2, just anyone you find online there, as with joined efforts, this might really come true. We know there still are some drivers missing for properly booting on msm7200.
