It's interesting watching these scenes now. I was glad that Liz asked Jason when he would have time for her. It's annoying that he wasn't willing to sacrifise some of the mob stuff for her, but because of Sam, he's putting her first. I think now that Jake has died, Liz and Jason should be together!
I think they keep Jason and Liz apart because Jason wants to be with her but thinks she will get hurt and so he stays away. Liz does not care but I think she gets discouraged because everytime she thinks she has finally gotten through to Jason he pushes her away.
