We live in Virginia and my grandfather raises cane every year for us to all get together to make molasses - this is my favorite time of the year - you all make it different from what we do but it's something that we can embed into our kids and I'm proud to say I'm able to do this with my family

So you only filter it two times? Do you skim the scum or just let it filter out at the last filtering?
