Jesus said, "judge with righteous judgment." (John 7:24). Jesus said, "Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged... Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye." (Matt. 7:1-5), His point was don't be a hypocrite who preaches against sin yet lives a life of it. In verse 5 Jesus was telling us to first get the sin out of our lives and THEN we can judge and help others.

amen god has been telling me this too its real we have to judge those in the church.
