I first heard this song on one of DIRECTV's music channels-by accident; I subsequently searched all over the Interwebzes for info regarding artist, producer, etc. I found her original version and although it was good, it was of a slower tempo. It seemed less desperate, less immediate. I liked it, but not as much as this mix. I never listen to 'dance' etc., but sometimes the sound(s) don't care what your silly predilections are, and they play. And you hear. And maybe you dance inside?
