But, yeah, when we're discussing a game, we do take point in the completely unmodified game, unless we decide to talk about a mod/minor changes. But I know that Steady Aim has nothing to do with RPG-swirling. Because? Well, the RPG can never be fired from the hip (which Steady Aim is intended for) AND it only affects bullet-spread, and the swirling has nothing to do with spread. :)
