  • K5H horns arent really rare. because theyre canadian tuned, you just see more of them in canada than in the US.

  • they are rare to Amtrak

  • Cool sounding bell.

  • They're typical to find on Union Pacific.

  • 107 has a K5HL

  • wc hayes are the most common bell in canada

  • Does CN use them alot?

  • cp and cn

  • Thanks for the info. Updating Video.

  • Nice capture, Benny. Strictly speaking, these aren't four-quad gates though. Four-quads completely block the crossing with gates on both the entrance and exit lanes. In this case, the median barriers prevent people from driving around the gates, so four-quads aren't needed here.

  • This crossing is a quad. Not a 4-quad. Just a quad crossing.

  • I agree with the classical horn. I love it!

  • Yea, definitely.

  • Another crossing with quads. I love quads.

  • It's the only crossing in Reno that is a quad.

  • Ah. I see. Quads are, in my opinion, very safe, (except if your car stalled, then you're screwed anyway) and should be placed everywhere.

  • Yes, the should have been invented a long time ago.
