I saw it as Jackie just taking some cheap shots at Miller, who had been good enough to stop to be interviewed.
And I saw Miller, while a bit perplexed at what the motive of all this was, maintain his cool and just take himself out of the equation.
Jackie can be a lot more clever than this. You can take anyone, who agrees to stand next to you a bit and throw some insults their way.

Miller is from my hometown (Pittsburgh). I used to watch him on KDKA TV growing up and followed him when he made it big. He was funny as shit when he used to rail against the establishment. Now he considers BillO a 'superhero'. My only question for him is "who are you and what have you done with Dennis Miller?"

Dennis handled it like a gentleman. He was obviously put off by Jackie, but smart enough to just keep it to himself since he didn't really know what to make of Jackie. If he had known who Jackie actually is (& probably will soon) he most likely would have rolled with it. Looks like Jackie just caught him unaware in a relaxed moment. when he wasn't trying to perform. However, Jackie did own him & I can't feel sorry for him as he made a name for himself by ripping on people on SNL...& I loved it.
