MY God , Where did you get this. My grandmother told me of the flood and had pictures, I had no idea there were videos of it. Is that PHS, the library and in one clip ,in the distance is that St. Mary's? Is the steel mill , the Vulcan visible in this film. I wish I could have shown this to my grandmother , but I'm sure she saw quite enough of it herself. Can this be enhanced? Preserve the master copy, of course. But what about digital color and so on?
