You can never be too sure when they're going to release a separate follow-up, unless you're a hardcore competitor and need to be on the top of your game for the tournament scene. If you are, I don't think there's any legal way around paying full price every time. :(

I'm sorry, but I can't see this as anything other than a call to arms. If it really was a "dramatic re-enactment", I would expect the Capcom executive to show UMvC3, Asura's Wrath, or Dragon's Dogma at the end, with the fans suddenly lining up and waving their money around.

Side note: I'm not buying any of those games new (with the possible exception of AW if its price drops, since money also goes to CC2)

Nobody cared about UMvC3 enough to line up for it and wave money around over it, did they? If I'd spent money on the original I'd have probably thrown a rock at them instead. Even now I'm not interested in it, and I don't even have the original.

Also, you should go watch some more musicals if you're still mistaking this for a call to arms. Maybe it'll look more like a musical when there are like ten songs about Mega Man Legends lined up instead of two.
