For anyone who's teeth are now hurting use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I like sensodyne I haven't used any teeth whitening products like this because I already have sensitive teeth but sensodyne does help just keep using it.

It's kind of expensive (approx. $35 for 4 syringes) but y'all should try Opalescence teeth whitening. I get it from my dentist office. People ask all the time what I use to whiten my teeth :)

I tried those stripes once and I hated them just because of the advanced seal. I honestly could not get them off my teeth! I had pretty much use my fingernails to dig around and finally rip them off. I scratched my gums in the process. Bleach can make some peoples teeth have sensitivity like mine. For people with sensitive teeth you should just try Crest 3D White toothpaste and Crest Complete Mouthwash. Will make your teeth whiter whithout bleach.

They made my teeth super sensitive and the first one I used for the 3 months hurt my teeth while the strips were on. And then eating/drinking some foods made them hurt too, but the other 2 times I used them it was fine haha.

@nievesbrk3 Because what it's doing is basically stripping away enamel, that's why it's not recommended for you to do teeth whitening more than every few months. Even the regular strips you should only leave on for 30 minutes max. That's why I think these things are kind of bogus and contradict everything ever said about teeth whitening. Yes they obviously work, but they can ruin your enamel, which is what protects your teeth from cavities, stains..etc.
