There is a wide spectrum of sociopathic behaviour where you are talking about the absolute end of that spectrum. There have been many serial killing sociopath with total allegiances to them who is closest and a total lack of empathy for anyone who isn't. Doesnt sound like anger managment problem to me at all.

In fact I feel rage when someone I don't know so much as look at me the wrong way, and I wish I could get away with burning alive anyone who does it. However, the few friends and family members I'm close to I got unconditional love for them. I sacrafice myself for them and let them walk all over me at times. I'd die for them. So what does that make me?

My feeling is that you strongly should seek some professional help regarding your urges to hurt people. I think it would be helpful for yourself to have a real diagnosis to work with here. Combination of no empathy, urges to hurt people and a low impulse control(?) is dangerous in the long run.
