its pretty cool but, if you go too far does it make butter? i like the innovation, execution needs a little work. like chain drive for the urn so if you run over a poo it wont stick to the container.

I could poke holes about practicality such as the weight of the bottle, the small amount of ice cream you get and that you better be ready to be chased by kids when you ring your bell BUT I wont. Your is the best novelty video I have seen. May I also make a suggestion for winter ice cream making by using a dusty stationary bike?

wouldn't it make more sense to attach the barrel to a chain that in turn is attached to one of the wheels? yes, a bit more difficult but you won't have to clean the barrel if you run over dog shit or something.

You don't actually put the salt in the same bag as the er, ice cream, it stays in the barrel but it's not in the bag with the ice cream...it stays with the ice.....

Actually you can. They can make ice in Africa with out electricity. the Hotter it is the more ice they can make. It's called "phase change" "absorption" units. You can air condition a house w/o electricity.

mrpiccolo355,, I air condition my house with chilled 55 degree water. That chilled water then runs through a pipe to my duct, enters a radiator in front of a fan. The fan blows air across the chilled water....the cold air then enters my house. My Arkla Servel gas fired chiller chills the water @ 1therm/hour. However, I'm thinking a solar powered ice maker could chill enough water/anti freeze cheaper. Look up, Arkla Servel, Icyball, solar powered ice maker, ammonia refrigeration.
