I notice you dont have any bedding in your rabbit's cage? You should definately invest in some Aspen bedding which can be purchased from a local Petstore. Aspen bedding will be more comfortable on your rabbits feet versus a metal floor. Additionally, it will absorb urine and odors and separate them from your rabbit to incourage cleaniness and a healthy respiratory system for your bunny. Just remember to clean it daily! Rabbits CAN be litter trained!

@Hopelessly13Broken - yes thats a really good idea as bedding will soak up your rabbits urine and also eliminate odour. If you dont buy good quality bedding though that contains dust it could make your rabbit have chest problems, so just be careful!

@missbunnyfied Yes. As well, i wouldnt advice getting a Softwood bedding. Softwood bedding has been linked to liver disease in bunnies. Fumes in softwoods can contain toxins take are eventually filtered through the liver. I also wouldnt advice aromatic beddings as it can bother your bunnies respiratory system and possibly harm them if eaten.

rabbits dont like to b held. just give him treats & pet him, so eventually he gets accustomed to u touching him. then eventually he will let u pick him up. if he wants down, put him back on the floor, so he knows he's not trapped with you.

also, he calms down if he gets neutered. u need to neuter him, he makes a better pet. we also dont need more baby buns in the world.

but yeah, the key is lots of healthy treats, and little pats on the head. also, sit on the floor with him, while he runs arnd.

from what i know cats actually like rabbits, isaw this vid about a cat adopting a rabbit, and before my rabbit died (R.I.P. Jerry D. Haro ??/??/??-05/02/09) there as this cat that loved to be in our backyard and watch my rabbit, Jerry was killed by one of my neighbors dogs who pressed to hard and his body with the dogs mouth they were just trying to play with him even though my rabbit was scared of them, they had tried to get him many times but my rabbit failed to hide this time, i miss him ALOT

this brings back very sad memories...when my bunny was little. i have a holland lop names thumper 2 and she is suffering from a disease called "wry neck" be aware and take very good care of him. dont let him get flies, clean his cage VERY often, and clean his ears. sorry if im being bossy, i just dont want another bunny owner to go through what i am going through. it hurts so much to see your bunny falling on it's back and not being able to walk.
