Hi, the Archos does NOT pay YouTube in the browser (no in-browser Flash support).

However, it opens a YouTube Application that will play videos clicked from the Web site. For practical purposes YouTube works.

Unfortunately, other Flash-based sites like Hulu, won't work.

Fornow. Archos has supported Flash 9 when they used the Opera browser, for Flash 9 to work in this webkit Google android based browser is just a matter of time. And Flash 10 for Android has been announced by Adobe.

but Adobe are going to release Flash for the android in january 2010 and archos will probably apply it to their devices

no divx web player, megavideo will work when they release flash 10 for android early next year(somewhere in January is expected

Archos is a bith, they never gone let you install Flash 10. They only want money for plugins useless.i have an archos 605 wifi but i'm tired for waiting for some hack for videos on line, just a few videos on youtube work but they say archos 605 support flash very well.

idk it depends on adobe... adobe would make the software and i had all the google apks that would normally come with it pushed onto the device via adb and they worked correctly so if adobe were to release flash 10.1 for android 1.5 (maybe 1.6 by now idk if they ever updated it) then they would not be able to keep you from installing it :) and i dont really care, i sent that POS back and got a droid & im lovin it :)

The Archos 5 Android can play youtube, but it cannot display all flash in the browser. According to my sources you CAN actually watch youtube HD on the Archos 5 Android.

u can play utube, but i will open in a sperate browser....

google video, metacfe, daily motion, n some other websites work..
