I used to be a very stressed out person.. trying to do too much all the time and actually developed frequent painful tension headaches.
I have learned to live by "You can only do what you can do" (if that makes sense)... and learning that it's OK to say "no, I'm sorry.. I can't do that or fit that into my schedule... or I'm not feeling up to that today." My tension headaches subsided and the stress is minimal now. =)
