I'm not the biggest fan of Kerry Butler and I wasn't very happy that she was going to be playing Brenda in the tryout, because Catch Me If You Can is my favorite movie. But I am ABSOLUTELY blown away by her with this song!

I got to see Catch Me If You Can's Premiere Night in Seattle...She was absolutely MADE for this part!!!! And this song was the one that stuck in my head while walking out of the theater. She was much better than I expected!!

This recording does not do her justice...it is a must see live. She is absolutely amazing I saw the show three times in Seattle. The cast is fabulous and when it does because it will go to broadway they should not change the actors. One of the best casts I have seen in awhile I am putting Tony bets for Kerry and Aaron.

But yeah, there was A LOT of talent in the cast. Even the chorus members that had solos were really really good!

I finally saw it last night! Omg... this was the best part of the show... seriously. This and the opening were THE defining moments.

My heart was pumping when I met her and Norbert. I never thought I'd ever get to meet them so it was just an unreal dream come true.

what show did you see, I saw it twice (an evening and matinee) and both times aaron, norbert, or kerry came out. So sad! I completely give norbert a pass because of what he's going through so I assumed he wouldn't come out for any. Love AT and KB too, just dissapointing...

I saw it on Thursday, but I was so close to seeing it again closing night. I was so bummed.

How long did you wait outside? Aaron came out right away for us. we had to wait a while for Kerry and Norbert.

But yeah... I wanted to give comforting words to Norbert (better yet a hug ;P), but I didn't want to bring it up or... I dunno. But he was in a hurry to get away anyways so...

I saw the musical on saturday and i thought that it was amazing! I was sad that Kerry not in the show as much because i think she is amazing. I did get her autograph afterwards though and she was super nice!

I heard from the reviews that Kerry's barely in the show, which is a shame, because she does such a great job with the song. I wish she'd been featured more in the production.

It's true that Kerry has a small part in this show, and sadly it could be getting smaller. She is introduced in the first song, but she is only on stage for a few seconds before heading back in to the wings. She doesn't come back until the 2nd act. This song is her only solo in the show, and as beautiful as it is it may be cut because it really doesn't really contribute anything to the plot. If this turns out to be the case, you should definitely see it in Seattle while it's still in.
