  • Very cool video. I was part of the Headquarters Co at the exact same time. A lot of the people in here look familiar. I made a home movie there too. It's called "Flash vs. The Aliens" and it is on youtube. It was a lot of fun to make and a great way to pass the time.

  • Great video brother, I was at Camp Bedrock, with B 2/6 Inf 1st AD, from February 1998 until you guys took it over it October 1998. So we probably shook hands as we were signing over our equipment to you guys. hahaha! My favorite place to do guard duty was the tower overlooking the mine at the bottom.

  • lol-i believe it was one of our 2nd louies that lost that round...

  • hey i was with 55th, thanks for posting these pics-all mine were lost during mud flood :)

  • (1996) I'll never forget the trip I made from Camp Lisa to Bedrock to hit finance for a pay inquiery. But finance was closed because it was Thursday, and they were conducting SGTs Time training. That I argued with the finance NCO that SGT Time was to prep us for deployments... Now that you are deployed you should be able to conduct your business 7 days a week. She couldnt understand why I was so pissed after driving for over an hour to just be turned around at the door.

  • Man I spent a lot of time in a guard shack at Pebbles. Was a fun Deployment, and who could forget the Camp Mud Runs

  • I was there at the same time, Sept 98 to March of 99. I was with C Co 20th Eng Bn so about the only time I stayed at Bedrock I did guard duty down at Pebbles. I remember hearing about how the camp was being raided as we were moving to Eagle Base for our trip back to Hood. I also spent time a Camp Demi and NORDPOL while building bridges. I had good times in Bosnia.
