Hot Colds and Cold Colds

sometimes when I eat, I have an almighty aching in my abdomen area, feels like wind traveling but stuck. if that makes any sense... water can do it , it seems not to be allergy related ..... the crazy thing is that when this happens I feel very cold, so much so the bumps come up on my arms etc ... its becoming more often, dr's are of little help...

I use fresh herbs and eat organically btw
