im a good singer...but still there is nothing wrong with hearing other views and ways to sing. the thing i must do now since i am still an teenager is developed a teacake so my voice dosen't fade over time like it has for some singers.
I have found that vocalizing on a covered or chest resonant o [u] vowel using a 1-3-5-5#-4-1#-1 or C-E-G-G#-F-C#-C. Then taking that connection and moving to more open vowels...Ah... In my experience this allows the larynx to rest in a comfortably seated position (of course not pressed down) and establishes the proper sensation of a supported/pressurized/connected tone. With this exercise the only drawback is you have to make sure you aren't tensing the root of the tongue/swallowed tone.
very nice voice, I personally just focus on breathing into my stomach until my stomach goes out far (yes, I know air goes into the lungs and not the stomach), and than I don't focus on trying to vibrate things inside my body, but I focus on bringing my sound (from me) into other peoples' bodies. So basically I pretend something far away from me is using my voice to sing. Sounds crazy, but it works for me.
good day... Im in the band... Please help me to improve my voice... watch my live video in my profile... please tell me my weaknesses and give me a solutions on my singing... thanx!!!
oh, wow. the "one, one" substitution for long phrases is really good advice! i have an audition tomorrow and i've been kinda stressed because i always breathe in the middle of phrases, thanks a bunch!
For the guy who asked about the Open 'e' vowel, I'm sorry, I removed you message instead of replying.. sorry. For the "e" vowel.. you can't.. it's the phenomena of vowels, what you have to do is MODIFY the vowel. Sound always takes precedent to Diction with higher notes as you go higher on the "E" in IPA that would be [i] you need to change to [I], in English that is the IH sound. ..as in the word "bitter".
Thank you for your help I want to know how to control breath in low note I know how the technique of breath in and out but when I sing I don't know how to control it in my low notes
Sing the lower notes into your teeth. You don't need any major breath for low notes. You need now more breath for your low notes than you would use to speak. Speak a few words, then sing the note using the same voice. Sing the notes into your teeth. Or for a "pop" feel, just your oral cavity to resonate the note.... fill your mouth with the vowel sound, that will make you low note loud and dark... don't be too dark though.

I'm trying to use other peoples' voices, pretend that they're singing, but really it's my voice.
