AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition (unlimited overclock) 177$

Intel Core i7 920 Bloomfield 4 cores and 8 threads like a HT on old Pentium´s 4 costs = 280$ , AMD offers same performance, maybe Core i7 a little better ( 5-10FPS or some 10 seconds on converting), but costs much more, and a fkn limited chipset X58 it´s a very expensive...

So AMD still rulez, Intel are for father´s children xD price no matter where.!

haha my gaming pc is a SHITLOAD better than your ps3. Just my GPU's are literally 10 times more powerful than your ps3, not even counting my Intel Quad Core running at 3.4GHZ. BIAAATCH! -PC OWNS CONSOLES IN EVER ASPECT. Graphics, Speed, Connectivity, DLC, Accessibility (everybody has access to a computer) and alot of those people play games like Solitaire, MindSweep Etc

No question about this. Any hardware tech site confirms this that no Intel chipset can come close to this. But how does it work compare to Nvidia 8200 chipset?

780 still tears it apart. The problem is that the 8200 is basically "half an 8400" with 8 instead of 16 stream processors. The 780 chipsets' HD 3200 IGP is directly based off the ATi 2400, same number of stream processors, Texture units, etc. It's got better power management though :D

I think they should have kept the Core counts the same. I use AMD processors but I feel that is not a fair comparison. Unless they are saying the Core 2 Duo is same processing power as triple-core AMD CPU??
