This guy is a total idiot. Those plastic water bottles that he is using contain BPA (bisphenol a). This guy is a self proclaimed Youtube health expert and the sad thing is people actual listen to him. These bottles are evil to ones health. Even those PET water bottles are safer than those bottles that he is using. Watch the doco Tapped, it has good info about bottled water.
@SpaceWalkTraveller its great that you can come in and talk trash. he says to not drink "bottled water" which he is referring to "store-bought bottled water" which you have no clue what has happened to it, or how long it has been sitting in the bottle for. he mentions in another video about "plastic tea" which could give you a better picture of what he is trying to say. the amount of water he holds in those 2 bottles, is finished within 4-6 days. how long has your aquafina been sitting for?

i think he meant dont drink out of thin flimsy plastic bottles that water has been sitting in (and perhaps has gotten warm in) and like he said lost its crystalline structure. its impractical to bring glass to a natural spring. as long as the water stays cool and its drunk sooner than later those huge bottles are ok
water is NOT a liquid crystal. the reason spring water tastes different is because of the minerals it contains. the reason bottled water tastes different is because when a plastic bottle heats up, trace amounts of chemicals from the plastic dissolve in the water.

I'd have to agree, I'd like to see some of his scientific evidence... A lot of bottled water has also been treated, most bottled water is really just filtered city water. A glacier could be considered a liquid crystal as it still does move, but Water by itself is simply a liquid form of H2O and I agree that it is the extra minerals gathered by the water that give its flavor. Yet springs can also be poluted with toxic ground seepage.
