they lost the plot after part 4 - that was a good one, with george p wilbur as the shape. 5 was done in a rush, 6 was ruined by the thorn stuff, there was no need for h20 and ressurection was really really bad. it got worse, they remade the original... and got rob zombie to direct it. and his sequel was just utter crap. from 10 films, just 3 were good, 1,2 and 4. but, i still love the whole series and myers is the best and i will watch every new one they make!

I love the opening sequence with the dr. loomis voice over and the bit when laurie is by the shop window and myers walks up behind her and we see him through the reflection. i also liked some bits of zombies part 2 - for instance the bit after he breaks free of the van and sees his mum and the white horse and just walks towards them - brilliant bit showing how mental mysers!

@seamanskater If I remember correctly , all of michaels possessions and even the myers home was cleaned out and it wasnt bought out for many years until the later families moved in. the first movie clearly seemed like all of their belongings was cleared out. if anything that was pretty good , was busta rhymes. he was just a riot to look at. we just cant take him seriously. then again , slaser films are not award winners and they dont win oscars either. this film itself is just a big failed mess.

No it wasn't his head that got chopped off in the 7th one it was her boyfriend who michael put the mask on if u watch the full movie it shows u what happens.but at the end of this one he dies 4 good.

This movie is good for a nice laugh. This isn't even that scary. They definately should have stopped at 6. A Halloween movie without Donald Pleasence, Danielle Harris, isn't a good one. And Jamie probably just agreed to appear in this movie because she was only in like the first 5 minutes.

is it just me or are the directors stupid? Because they are searching in Michaels old childhood house, from like 30 years ago, but in the 6th movie "the curse of Michael Myers" another family is living there, so why is all of Michaels stuff there now then?

@seamanskater no I think it looks too urban-ish. the original is by far the best because it was the original mask made by a william shatner star trek mask. yes it looks decent , but it just look to urban-ish and the movie is a big utter mess or untallented actors and one of the worst halloween sequel ideas ever. the probelm with it was they over act their parts and its just all a big mess. a reality internet show in michaels house that somehow has all his childhood possesions still there?

@seamanskater If I remember correctly , all of michaels possessions and even the myers home was cleaned out and it wasnt bought out for many years until the later families moved in. the first movie clearly seemed like all of their belongings was cleared out. if anything that was pretty good , was busta rhymes. he was just a riot to look at. we just cant take him seriously. then again , slaser films are not award winners and they dont win oscars either. this film itself is just a big failed mess.
