I have done that a time or two. Sucks when you find the problem. But being truthful and accurate is better than getting something wrong. Good work, and good self correction. Too many don't check themselves so well.

i haven't torn down the cell yet but i have about 16 hours on it and i will diffidently be looking for that. I will post a video on the condition on the plates. thanks for the comment.

nice! The higher MMW might be due to the no-electron-leakage? Too bad u did not have that setup whit the SS plate setup, great job anyway :)

I was wondering what was going on, it just didn't seam right at all. Now that you have reset your amp gage and reworked the math, it's rockin.

Steve, MMW is amazing considering the temps and the very low current and the very high conductivity in your water. No one who is honest can claim those numbers under those conditions.

you will want to see my next post Larry. I thought the nickel would be different but im getting the exact same results that i have always gotten with my stainless tests. As the electrolyte heats up the efficiencies go down. I have always had my best efficiencies at lower temperatures. Even with a cup and a half of koh in this nickel cell, efficiencies are best under 77 degrees. I hope your tests prove otherwise.

Boy, You and I have gotten different numbers. Maybe between us we can figure this out. I have always gotten much better effeciencies with hot electrolite even when applying the equasion that takes temps into account. MUCH BETTER. I have most of the stuff now and have my nickel getting cut now. Soon I should have a cell built and can run some tests. I will keep you informed. Thanks for the honest tests and truthful results. That is sadly lacking in this technology. You are a credit.
