Call of Duty has no recoil, you can simply just aim and shoot without having to crouch or anything. A game designed for people who just wanna play and be instantly good, and just go rambo. CSS is so much harder, there is recoil not just spray and praying, you gotta walk actually so people cant hear you. There is plenty of more tactic.

he isn't using radar hack, people on the enemy team appear on your radar when they fire a unsuppressed weapon. The appearance is only where they attacked. I'm not so sure about the aimbot though

It's sort of second-hand hacking. Someone found the bug in the system, the backdoor, whatever, then wrote a program to exploit it. When you use the program, it activates this system bug, thus creating t3h 1337 h4xx0rs.

Its easy to tell who are using "hacks" by the fact of two things, a very rare hack and a very stupid one is one that if you spectate the hacker he is playing upside down which is obviously detectable, but as you see in this video there is a constant shaking of the hacker that hack is quite un detectable but thats a way to recoginise it.
