@crotchrockett004 If you live off of thinking that huge muscle creates more strength then you have to get out of the old days(where they didn't know anything). All huger muscle does is give you better 'defense' and larger look. A "Tough" person can endure a lot. A strong person can deal a lot. Study is already showing how much more damaging a toned, lean, yet strong muscular look can be compared to just a huge bulky look.

@Abdullah2009 Doing anything the wrong way will mess you up. Doing things the right way helps you adapt. And once you adapt to such arched back workouts it helps your back as well as posture and your workout routines become less strained compared to if it were your first time.

Fantastic man - I had already done my sit ups for today and came across this - I had to grab 2 pillows as they were a little flat for the lift I wanted and tried another set - the burn was amazing I got up actually feeling the workout far more then just on the ground ever could. Thank you so much.

Fantastic man - I had already done my sit ups for today and came across this - I had to grab 2 pillows as they were a little flat for the lift I wanted and tried another set - the burn was amazing I got up actually feeling the workout far more then just on the ground ever could. Thank you so much.
