It is not sad, it is a story o inspiration- she became a teacher. She may not have made the Olympics but teaching i also a noble profession! I understand traction and learning to walk - which is more than Jill was able to do - but she proved anyone could achieve a goal with willpower and strength! And she has done amazing work in her life which is more than many so called able bodied people can ever say!
