In sixth season Chase and Cameron will break up. And Cameron will go to Chicago. :) I didn't watch the whole season, I'm on 14 episode ^^ and it haves 21 in 6th season :)
I think, from what I remember vaguely, that Chase would come up to Cameron every Tuesday, telling her that he loved her. Something in the last episode of S3, that made her go up to him on Monday, telling her that she loved him too. I can't remember the exact details, sorry.
