I retract my statement. We USED to be tolerant and open to other people of different ethnicities and races. But seeing all these negativ comments about black people, makes me really sad. When islamic conquerers took over parts of Africa they took slaves that they they brought with them to Iraq (of many countries) many of these slaves escaped and sought refuge in Kurdistan.
