Great movie. I overall thought it was great. It was unexpected and it had a different plot line. It isn't like most of the lesbian movies. I do think Ms. G was a weak minded soul. She got too obsessed with the girl. She insisted that desire was te most important thing in life. Look where desire does to her.

I don't think that Di is such a bad person she was in love with miss G and miss G encouraged it. the girls have been on the island with only women for company since they started school. if you read the book it's a lot different. love and obsession make people do things they wouldn't usually.
