I loved this from the first time I heard it when they used it on a promo for the "Love Stinks" album. A surprisingly zany song from the likes of J. Geils!
I heard this on a college radio station in '79, and since then I've made it a point to say "No anchovies please." Good thing it wasn't "no pepperoni"--I love that stuff, and it's the only topping my wife will have on pizza.
I worked in the pizza industry (ha ha) during the early 80's and it was a long running joke at our shop to ask ON EVERY SINGLE ORDER if they wanted anchovies!...and every once in a while we'd get back a question that if they did order anchovies, would we kidnap their wife!!!!
@CortezInc55 According to Wikipedia, the foreign speech is reversed audio of someone saying, "It doesn't take a genius to tell the difference between chicken shit and chicken salad."
@spoiledbrowneyes Actually you've been goofing since you were 5. Since this recording is straight off the album. And has always been "sssshhh, it's a secret"
I bet Wolf had just listened to the intro to Zappa's "Muffin Man" before he wrote this.

It's good to see at least one rock band who admired The Firesign Theater.
