@therandomtendencies hmmm - well clearly they do. Because none of the other actors sound fake like Cruise. Maybe a European accent might have been better, given that all of the protagonists (including those not seen, like the people that supplied the explosives) were European.
If Olbriech initiated the coup quicker, the operation would've worked. I watched the movie again today and I love it... but It makes me mad to know the plan was so close to succeding but failed.
The only reason Hitler wasn't killed in the blast was because the bomb was shifted behind a section underneath the table to the point where an inch-thick piece of wood stood in its way.
